We are a licensed architecture firm with over 15 years of experience in designing and overseeing building construction. Project types range from multi-family, mixed use, commercial, hospitality, single family, LEED certified, to historical renovations.
BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING
Pixels are cheaper then bricks. We are experts in 3D modeling. From concept massing iterations to realistic real-time rendered walk-through's to fabrication level of detail to scaled 3D printed models. We develop high level of development 3D BIM models for Virtual Design & Construction.
DIGITAL SITE CAPTURE
We are trained in digitally documenting construction sites & projects from pre-construction to completion. 360 degree cameras, licensed and insured drone operations, certified laser scanning operations, and time lapse camera's are all tools in our process.
DATA AS A COMMODITY
Data is everywhere in the process of design and construction. We believe in locating this data and organizing it to gain insight and make informed decisions.
